Order Processing Time
We currently process orders within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order and custom orders take an additional 2-3 business days to make.
During peak holidays and other special occasions, our processing times may vary. However we appreciate your patience during these busy times.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $80. All other shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently only ship domestically within Australia. Deliver time will vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on the mail carrier and are calculated at checkout. Please note that our order processing times are separate from shipping time. We are committed to keeping you informed about your order's status and you will receive a tracking number once the item is on its way.
RETURNS
As a small business, we currently do not offer returns at this time. Thank you for understanding and supporting our growing business.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and assist you.
We take great care in packaging your items. Should you receive a damaged item please take a photo and immediately submit it to layla.candles@outlook.com
If approved, we will offer an exchange or store credit.
We are not responsible for orders damaged during transit. Please file a complaint directly with the mail carrier.
